With the aim of increasing donations, decreasing the abandonment rate of the site, encouraging visitors to become members and converting visitors into volunteers for Quercus activities and projects, this site has been rethought to become more dynamic and easier to navigate. Through an extensive heuristic analysis, an online survey plus web statistics, we were able to detect several problems which gave rise to two personas to help us solve our objective. As a result, we have a new design with organized information and a more intuitive website and new forms to attract donations and participants for Quercus events and projects in order to boost Quercus' interaction with users.
