One of the most pleasant and rewardable projects inserted in the context of Edit's 360º project the customer, Mercedes, presents a briefing requesting, briefly, name for the service and promotional campaign.

With a team of 6 people from the areas of

UX / UI Design, Digital Interaction Design, Digital Marketing & Strategy and Front End, the following proposal was elaborated, here I present the part corresponding to UI / UX Design.

The challenge is to capture the attention of the customer who owns a mercedes and does not enjoy the services that the brand has to offer. We had to recreate all the client's steps through personas and do research to find out what the client's perception is.

After analyzing all the data and defining the strategy, the following campaign was elaborated.
